Can I book a specific model?
Vehicles can only be booked by type of car, not by specific models. The vehicles shown on our site are well known examples of the kind of vehicle you might expect. Our suppliers reserve the right to substitute the available models by vehicles of similar or superior caracteristics.
Mi credit card has not been accepted by the online payment system?
We accept payment with Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express. At the moment we cannot not accept payments with debitcards or other cards than the aforementioned. If your credit card complies with these criteria please doublecheck that you introduced the correct number (without spaces or hyphens) and that you used the correct expiry date. Sometimes a technical problem or a failure in the conexion may be the cause that your card is not accepted.
